SweNetic means all companies that are part of the SweNetic Group ("SweNetic"). As a general rule, SweNetic will, as a general rule, retain personal data related to:

•customer and supplier agreements as well as information about business events, such as participant details, contract follow-up, invoice, declarations, financial statements, during the term of the contract and then for eight years

•potential customers are saved during the prospectation and then for five years

5 Sharing of personal data between companies in SweNetic

As a general rule, SweNetic shares personal data from customers and suppliers with all companies within the SweNetic Group in order to provide the Services.
